Terms of Service

These Terms of Service agreement (collectively with Privacy Policy , the "Terms") govern your access to and use of gifer.com(the "Site") and all other services, features, content or applications that link to these Terms(collectively with the Site, the "Services").
Using Services to do anything other than access the links to this Terms page constitutes your consent to these Terms. If you do not consent, do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility.

You can remove your account at any moment, either directly or by contacting us.In other words: If you create an account on the Services, you are responsible for all activity associated with that account. Protect your account password carefully and notify us immediately if you suspect any problems.

3. Content You Contribute
   

   All content that you provide to the services ("User Content") becomes your sole responsibility and, in your dealings with gifbuz, remains your property. In connection with the Services and our business, you hereby authorize us a non-exclusive, globally perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable authority to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and make derivative works of, display, perform, or otherwise fully use such User Content (including all related intellectual property rights). You affirm that you are fully authorized to grant us this license without violating or infringing on the rights of any third parties. You agree that if you submit User Content through a public area of the Services, other users will be able to access it.Do not publicly upload or submit any Content that you do not want to be seen or accessed by the public or for which you do not have permission or make it private content.In other words: All content that you add to the Services belongs to you, but you consent to gifbuz utilizing it in connection with the Services. Don't include any private or sensitive information in any public area of the Services .

4. Gifbuz’s Proprietary Rights.
   

   All intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by us and our licensors. We provide you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. The Services may include trademarks, copyrighted content (including text, graphics, photos, pictures, and drawings), and other confidential information and materials that belong to us or our licensors.You may not sell, license, rent, or otherwise use or exploit any content for commercial purposes or in any way that violates the rights of any third party, with the exception of content that is in the public domain or content that you have permission to use in connection with your use of the Services and in compliance with these Terms of Service. The Services are secured by both international and American copyright regulations. In our sole discretion, we may (but are not obligated to) delete, block, edit, or otherwise change any content at any time, without prior notice to you, for any reason, or for no reason at all. We hold the right to view, read, store, and to make any disclosures we deem necessary to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, or protect our, our users', or the public's personal safety, property, or interests. In other words: you can only use the Services in compliance with this agreement. In general, you are only permitted to use content that you discover on the site in conjunction with your use of the Services and exclusively for personal and non-commercial reasons. Any content on the Services is subject to editing, removal, or blocking at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

6. Links to Third Party Services.
   

   You may be able to access third-party websites, services, or resources available on the internet (collectively, "Third Party Services"), and certain Third Party Services may link to the Services. We have no control over Third Party Services, and you acknowledge and agree that we are not accountable or liable either directly or indirectly, for the content, functions, legality, or any other aspect or content of any Third Party Services, or for any loss or damage resulting from your use of any Third Party Services. You may also opt to delete your account or discontinue use of the Services at any time, but please keep in mind that some provisions of this agreement will continue to apply to you even if you discontinue use of the Services.
